No kidding, I couldn't believe the difference in play from a few weeks ago to Friday night. I know they're a stronger team than what we saw that night. I felt really bad for Hildebrand, he was just having an off night. Every goalie has one of those once in a while. But even after they replaced him, the team was no help to the backup. They allowed the Lancer's to just dominate the entire game. I picked the Steel as well today, but I would also like to see CR make a comeback this weekend. Good luck to your team!!

Big win for the Bucs tonight. They help a lot of the teams on top of the western standings with their 4-2 win over Waterloo.
Pheonix Copley stopped 41 of 43 shots on goal. I still think he's one of the most underrated goaltenders in the league. Everybody made such a big deal of TC fleecing the Bucs with that trade. Copley is 4-2 with Des Moines, a 2.31 gaa, and a .927 save percentage.

One of his loses was a 1-0 game with dubuque until the final minute when he was pulled. Dubuque scored in to an empty net to win 2-0. Did not see or listen to the other loss. He has been good in net, leaves a few to many rebounds. Not knocking the other goalies, you just did not know which was going to show up to play. The one that would give up three goals in the first half, or the one getting a shut out. Going to a shootout was not great either.
Copley seems to bring the same game every night. Does not appear to make any difference whether winning or losing. He looks to be very level headed guy in the cage. He can shake a goal off and does not get rattled. Gets right back into the game.
