40 seconds left and Sioux City on the verge of going to their 3rd straight OT game. They played in ONE OT game prior to these past two, possibly 3, games. That game was when the Muskies visited Chicago early in the season.

Sioux City and Des Moines heading to a shootout.

Indiana wins 6-5 over Muskegon in OT, despite the Jacks coming back in the 3rd to force OT.

Waterloo goes into Omaha and wins 4-2.

Dubuque blanks Cedar Rapids 3-0.

Tri-City defeats Tri-City, I mean Fargo in purple 4-3. Stoskopf scores to make it a 1 goal game with the goalie pulled, but can't get another.

Lincoln dominating Sioux Falls 4-0. Kevin Roy with 2 more goals.

Sak continues to have Green Bay's number, stopping 21/22 through two periods. He deserves a win tonight.

Honestly the most obnoxious game I've been to. I'd be writing up notes with my head down for about 10 seconds and then look up and think that Tri-City had the puck when Fargo actually did. I lost track of who was who about 3 dozen times.

On the other hand, another one for Dzhakov. Show knows somethin again.

What happened at the beginning of the third period in Green Bay? Looks like it got quite chippy.

Steel pull goalie with a minute left but can't score. Rotolo gets the 1-0 shutout win. 7988 bears tossed.

Not sure why but two fights at start of period. Seemed more for entertainment than because of anything that happened. Later scrums due to choppiness on ice

Unbelievable. I posted the topic today and didn't even make my picks for the day. That was dumb. :smash:

Guess it doesn't really matter, because I wouldn't have picked very well. Both of my teams struggled this evening. Muskegon let Indiana get off 41 shots. Amazingly they pulled it together late in the 3rd and managed to take the game to OT, but Indy pulled it out about a minute into the OT period.

As for the Lancer's, not really sure what happened tonight. They looked awful in the first period, but improved some in the second and third. Unfortunately Waterloo dominated them beginning to end. Lyon was off his game as well this evening. At least two of the goals he let in were ones that I thought he should have been able to stop easily.

Since you were taking notes, how times was the Force defensemen beat or how many time did they turn the puck over? And this was vs. Tri City!!!!! You think Waterloo or Cedar Rapids will be more difficult to defend?

Another strong home effort last night by the Stars over the Sioux Falls Stampede. You could tell the Lincoln players were still upset over the loss the night before to Omaha. They played really angry. Very chippy game through the first two periods. SF had a lot of stickwork after the whistle which only got the Stars more upset. All boiled over in the third period with four fights. Zach Aston-Reese KO'd SF's Kyle Rankin with a nasty right hand.

Roy continued his hot streak with another two goals. Stars defenseman Paul LaDue had two goals as well. Markus McCrea added the other goal for Lincoln. Jackson Teichroeb earned his first win since 12/28/11 with a strong effort. His second shutout of the season.

Luke Johnson did not play as he served a one-game suspension for a spearing major he picked up in the Omaha game. Teemu Tiitinen is apparently out for a number of weeks with multiple fractures in his face after the hit from behind in the Omaha game from Ken Babinski.

LOL. Don't have to convince me. It sounds like you've been watching the same team I have all year. People think I have no idea what I'm talking about though.
