I really do want to pick Waterloo, but due to their recent "success" with Green Bay, I gotta go with the Gamblers. I'm ok with it if I'm wrong though.

Between it being a Tuesday - and the fact that we'll have 6 or 7 thousand her Saturday for the Teddy Bear Toss, we'll be hardpressed to do much better than 1000 tonight. I haven't counted by hand but could...

GB leads 1-0 after one. Nice pass from the slot to the wing gave GB a wideopen net. SOG 10-9 GB. Both teams 0-1 on the pp, IIRC.

GB goal #2 was a rebound just after time expired on a pp.

GB goal #3 just trickled through William's pads and in.

McKay stoned Cammarata on a breakaway with about :25 left. GB had one more chance - two more seconds in the period and another one may have trickled in.

As is 3-0 GB after 2. SOG 19-16 GB. Waterloo with some chances but the breakaway was the best. Witek playing very well against his old team.

Hawks get a pp to start the third. Halfway through intermission we noticed the penalty on the board. It's a slash - must have happened in the scrum at the end of the period.

Either both teams are sloppy offensively or both teams are doing a good job of breaking up passes and passing lanes. I think its more of the former. Hawks just can not get any good shots, to be honest.

Green Bay wins 3-0. SOG listed as 25-24 for Waterloo but doesnt matter....
