I started with the first week anyone made picks and added up games whenever anyone did predict. Bigfoot is pretty damn accurate when he does predict.

How so? I went through the threads and added up games where someone made predictions. Didn't add up every game thus far.

WOW! I wasn't even keeping track of them, thanks.

If I would have known I was doing so good I would have posted my picks for last weekend .. got 11 of 13 correct. Can't count them now though. (weren't publicly posted ahead of game time)

LOL, I got my schedule for tomorrow printed, got my data at hand so I reckon I will have to post my predictions early in the AM and take my chances of opening mouth, inserting foot!

Just hard to think all these guys are much less than what a coin flip would produce, but if that's how you have the numbers that's fine. Again, thanks for keepin the tally.

Put me down for 1-6 last night!! :eeek:

Which one of you rocket scientist kids can write software or code to accept the Pick Em info and have it tally wins-losses-percentages? That would be great for next year. Or we can run it like a confidence pool where you attach a number to your picks.

Thanks again for your effort, Ryan.

Was just reading through the posts on here and I think the confidence picks would make it a little more fun. Could help people get back into it, only thing is it may be a lot for just one person to tally up the points.

I don't know how confidence picks work, but if you can explain it to me, I'd be more than happy to help with the tally's next season.

Had I not trolled all year and actually posted, I probably would have made more of an impact. Here's to the playoff push!

That's too much work Ryan, and it's a bit late to change up..... Hell I'm pissed I'm not nearer to the bottom!! :smokingjoe: .... But I don't pick that often and I'd guess my win percentage is low.

I say we keep the format we have and take suggestions for next year. Of course you're running this thing Ryan, so we'll go with whatever you choose.

Not sure if you want this to be an external application that you can copy and paste results to the thread or an internal part of this forum and plug the data in and all computations done here and then the running totals will automatically display.

If the external application is OK, Microsoft Excel should work.

Example on say a Saturday with 8 games being played. You pick the winners and pick which you think will be most likely to win and put 8 points on that and 1 point on the matchup you are least sure of. Then on this example night, instead of 8 points being the best, 36 points is the most you could come away with. You assign 8-1 points in the matchups.

Hope this explains it :)

I just started picking the end of February and I've had a blast! There's no doubt an advantage picking toward the end of the season and not from the beginning. Thanks and looking forward to finishing the season with a bang and next season too.

38 correct out of 55 through 3/21... Yeah baby!

What are everyone's thought on the top 12 making the playoffs and picking a team based on the order they finished? Or another idea would be matching 1 vs 12 2 vs 11, etc and seeing who gets the best picks for a week's worth of playoff games or something. Tie breaker would be regular season correct total.

Just read this, BF........... This is something along the lines I'm looking for, and it seems like you have the tech savvy to address it.

What I'm looking for is the ability for a running score to be tabulated with minimum effort used. What would you suggest?
