Fun to read about the machinations of a cup win but my favorite thing to read, and most involved with the club say this, is that the culture has changed.  I'm hoping this is simply a plug and play franchise.   That the culture demands compete, preparation and execution.  The owner sets the tone and each yr the vets pass that down to the newcomers and the cycle repeats yearly.

Big yr ahead for the Steel.   Prez Dan Lehv took the momentum, buzz and exposure the franchise got from the cup win and didn't waste a second of it.  On the Chicago morning tv shows and giving the papers interviews and invites to the arena.  They have a Steel night at the White Sox game this week.   ...........No stone left unturned.

Now you have a whole new coaching staff and of course a lot of roster turnover.  But came away with two 1st round picks that will help the cause along.  Whole new season and the cup win is 1,000 miles away but the hope is the arena gets filled from the buzz of that cup.  Good for the franchise, league and every fan of it.
