Meh, don't really care for it. I mean, the team's nickname is "FIGHTING FALCONS", yet the only way you can tell the logo has anything to do with falcons (outside of the words on the bottom part of the circle) are three v-shaped silhouettes in the moon. This could easily pass for a logo for the Blue Water Bridge.

Pretty uninspired work, but on the other hand, at least it's not a ripoff.

This looks more like a shoulder logo patch than one for the front of the uniform. Perhaps they will have time next off-season to put out a quality logo and do just that with this one.

I dont have a problem with it. Atleast it goes by how they said they named the team , With the story of the Falcons living under the Bridges. I may have ad a falcon face swooping under the bridge with a puck in its mouth but at least it represents something of the city and a story rather then the old River Rats, IceHawks that have been used by other teams.

Hope its a shoulder patch. Other wise it says fighting steelworker to me and not fighting falcon. These people need to get a clue.
There is a difference between someone who plays hockey, and a Hockey Player. which one are you?

Wow tough crowd. I bet we get more posts on this logo than we do of what happens on the ice in 10 games!!.... The logo shows some originality and PH heritage instead of your basic cartoonish fare that we see 90% of the time. How many animals are in a logo, thousands? Although ro makes a good point they could have inserted a discernable falcon along with the bridge.

I really like this logo. I didn't really care for the other one.

This logo shows the "home" of the Fighting Falcons that the team was named after.

Well if logos won championships it would not have taken the Black hawks 40 some years to win the Cup again. Just give me a fast hard hitting team. Then I dont care if you have a cow taking a dump on the side of the road as a logo. Or a Chicken trying to cross the road getting squished by a semi. Of course if the Red WIngs keep signing guys in there 40,s that maybe there logo in a couple years as the Dead Wings again.

Yeah, they probably should have looked at the River first...

I honestly wouldn't mind this logo IF we weren't called the Fighting Falcons...but it has absolutely nothing to do with a Falcon...those squiggled v's look like Seagulls FFS.

Very poorly thought out...if you took the words off the patch and asked 1000 people to guess the name of the team, i'm betting not one would answer correctly but this logo...and not even close...you might get sea gull....but thats not close to falcon

If you want to tell a story about how the nickname was created (my guess: they came up with it after downing a dirty thirty of ice-cold Keystone Light :beers: ), write an article in the program. And you can add in city heritage while also having a falcon included (since the team is called "FIGHTING FALCONS", after all).

Again, this logo is uninspired and laughable. With something like this, the team should have been called Port Huron Blue Water Bridges on a Moon-lit Night.
